Before you contact us
- If a station does not play, check your internet connection and try another station. Radio streams are supplied by independent broadcasters and may be temporarily unavailable.
- If the app behaves unexpectedly, close and reopen it, then check for an app update.
- For notification issues, check the app's notification permission in iOS Settings.
What to include in your email
Describe the issue and, if relevant, include the station name, your device model, iOS version, app version, and approximately when the problem occurred. Please do not send passwords, notification tokens, or other sensitive information.
